Lord Drake Kustoms, the renowned custom Harley-Davidson workshop in Vélez-Málaga, Spain, founded in 2013 by Fran Manen, has once again cemented its reputation as a global leader in bespoke motorcycle craftsmanship. The latest creation, Babylon, is not just another custom build—it’s a statement. This meticulously handcrafted Harley-Davidson took the top prize at the 2026 European H.O.G.
Rally Custom Bike Show in Cascais, Portugal, sweeping not only Best of Show but also People’s Choice and European Cruiser Champion awards.
Winning all three major categories at a single event is rare, but doing so at a high-stakes competition like the European H.O.G. Rally, where Europe’s top builders converge, is extraordinary.
Now, Lord Drake Kustoms is offering 10 production replicas of Babylon to collectors and enthusiasts worldwide.
Each will be hand-built to match the original, complete with an individual serial number and a certificate of authenticity. The price remains undisclosed. Interested buyers can reach out directly via email or phone at +34 689 88 44 14.

Babylon’s foundation is a 2005 Harley-Davidson Softail Heritage Springer Classic, but nothing else about this bike is stock.

The front suspension features a custom springer fork with gold springs, replacing the factory unit, while the rear runs Air Ride suspension paired with a custom-fabricated swingarm to maintain the Softail’s hardtail aesthetic.
The drivetrain underwent a full belt-to-chain conversion, lending a vintage look and a distinct exhaust note.

The rear sprocket doubles as a disc brake rotor, with the caliper tucked neatly into the left swingarm’s apex.
The wheels are custom, large-diameter designs with bespoke spokes, rolling on a 23-inch rear tire (130/60 Shinko SR 777) and a 21-inch front (120/70-21 Avon Cobra Chrome AV91).

The bike’s visual identity is defined by gold-accented components, from the brake caliper mount and headlight bracket to the kick pedal and engine cover fasteners.
The exhaust system is entirely hand-built, and the Twin Cam 88 engine breathes through a custom intake hidden behind a gold Bar & Shield logo.
The rider interface is equally bespoke: a low-bend handlebar with bar-end levers, forward footpegs, and skyward-arcing brake and shift levers. The seat is spartan, and the grips feature finger guides.

According to Lord Drake Kustoms, Babylon was conceived as more than a motorcycle—it’s a fusion of classic elegance, technical innovation, and uncompromising craftsmanship.

Every line, component, and detail was designed to stand out, blending classic and contemporary influences into a unique visual language. Babylon doesn’t follow trends; it sets them.
