For the 2027 model year, the Lexus TX arrives with a starting MSRP of $58,890 including DPH, bringing minor updates while continuing to focus on style, utility, and comfort. The lineup sees the discontinuation of the TX 550h+ plug-in hybrid (PHEV) model for 2027. Meanwhile, Matador Red Mica returns as an exterior color option for non-F SPORT models, and red-painted brake calipers become a new option on F SPORT grades. The 20-inch aluminum wheels on the TX 350 Premium grade adopt a darker gray finish, and the TX 500h now features AWD badges instead of the DIRECT4 pieces used previously. Additionally, minor revisions apply to the TX 350 models regarding vacuum brake booster tuning and the brake hold feature.

The 2027 TX is offered in seven grades—Standard, Premium, Luxury, F SPORT Handling, F SPORT Performance Premium, and F SPORT Performance Luxury—and provides spacious third-row legroom alongside 20.2 cubic-feet of cargo space behind the third row. The Lexus Safety System+ 3.0 comes standard across all models. Built on the Global Architecture-K (GA-K) platform, the SUV aims to deliver optimal weight distribution, reduced noise and vibration, and agile driving performance supported by body adhesives, short pitch spot welding, a rear multi-link suspension design, and widened front and rear tracks. The hood and front fenders utilize aluminum, while the back door is steel.

Two powertrain options are available for the 2027 model year. The TX 350 features a 2.4-liter turbocharged inline-4 engine delivering 275 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque, paired with an eight-speed Direct Shift automatic transmission and available in FWD or electronically controlled full-time AWD. The TX 500h F SPORT Performance relies on a 2.4-liter turbocharged parallel hybrid system generating 366 total system horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque, matched to a six-speed automatic transmission, a 64-kW motor, and a 76-kW rear eAxle providing AWD and Dynamic Rear Steering (DRS) exclusively on F SPORT Performance Premium or F SPORT Performance Luxury grades. Suspension setups include a MacPherson strut front architecture and a five-arm multi-link rear, supplemented by an available Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) system standard on F SPORT Handling and F SPORT Performance grades.
