Amerit acquires Kirk NationaLease and Truck & Trailer Parts Solutions, expanding U.S. fleet maintenance network

Amerit Fleet Solutions has acquired Kirk NationaLease and Truck & Trailer Parts Solutions (TTPS), adding 19 repair facilities across the United States. The deals, announced on July 23, 2026, expand Amerit’s fleet maintenance network, technician workforce, and service capabilities, reinforcing its growth strategy. Amerit provides fleet maintenance, repair, and management services, while Kirk NationaLease, founded in 1969, specializes in contract maintenance, mobile service, and shop management. TTPS focuses on truck and trailer upfitting, including bodies, liftgates, and solar products. The combined operations aim to enhance vehicle uptime and reduce total cost of ownership for customers. Amerit CEO Ross Rachey stated the acquisitions align with the company’s commitment to investing in resources that deliver greater value. Kirk NationaLease CEO Jeff Phlipot highlighted the expanded support and new opportunities for employees. Financial advisers included KPMG for the sellers and D.A. Davidson for Amerit.
