MICHELIN Guide Germany 2026: A New Addition Joins the Country’s Culinary Elite

The MICHELIN Guide Germany 2026 has announced its new selection of restaurants, with L.A. Jordan in Deidesheim, Rhineland-Palatinate, joining the top tier of 3-star restaurants. The guide features a total of 339 starred restaurants, including 12 three-star restaurants, 48 two-star restaurants, and 279 one-star restaurants. The new selection highlights the commitment of German restaurateurs to high standards, with a focus on regional and seasonal ingredients, as well as responsible producers. Gwendal Poullennec, International Director of the MICHELIN Guide, praises the country’s restaurateurs for their expertise, creativity, and commitment to high standards. The guide also recognizes the exceptional passion and expertise of selected professionals with four MICHELIN Special Awards. New additions to the two-star category include THE CLOUD by Käfer in Munich, the dune in Frankfurt am Main, RAUSCH in Frankfurt am Main, and Die Mühle in Schluchsee. Among the 279 one-star restaurants, 20 new additions are presented, including Das Philippin in Rutesheim, Schote by Nelson Müller, and Eatrenalin at Europa-Park in Rust.
