CPMC X6 Review: A Feature-Rich CarPlay Display for Motorcycles with Some Rough Edges

The CPMC X6 Motorcycle CarPlay System is a feature-rich display that offers a lot of value for its price.

It comes with a 6.25-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, front and rear 2K dash cameras, tire pressure monitoring, and weatherproof construction.

The system is available for $349 with a 64GB SD card, but is currently on sale for $275 without the card, or $285 with the card.

After spending several months with the X6, I found it to be far more useful than I expected, though not without a few shortcomings. The display is excellent, and the CarPlay integration is seamless. However, I did experience some occasional reboots, which may be related to power delivery issues. The cameras produce good quality video, and the blind spot detection feature is a nice touch.

The tire pressure monitoring system works well, but the setup process is more complicated than it needs to be.

Overall, the X6 is a great option for motorcyclists who want a feature-rich CarPlay display, but may require some patience and technical know-how to get the most out of it.
