2026 Spring Creek Motocross Fantasy Picks and Tips: 5 Fast Facts

The second half of the 2026 AMA Pro Motocross Championship Series kicks off at Spring Creek MX Park in Millville, Minnesota, this Saturday. Eli Tomac returns after a season-opening injury that sidelined him on the first lap. For RMFantasyMX players, here are the must-follow fantasy picks and trends for the Spring Creek National.

Jett Lawrence is the top pick. The Honda rider leads the standings by a single point over his brother Hunter, who has won two rounds to Jett’s two. But Jett has momentum—he won last week, and the pattern shows Hunter follows with a 2-3-2 when Jett wins. So Jett locks in P1, Hunter P2.

Haiden Deegan slides into P3. The Yamaha rider’s 5-3-6-3-6-3 scorecard this year shows no back-to-back podiums, thanks to brutal first motos at Thunder Valley and RedBud. His moto results read like a rollercoaster: 5-4-3-3-11-3-4-3-10-3-3-2. But Deegan’s early-season consistency (four solid motos in a row) suggests he’ll bounce back. He’s smart enough to target P3, not chase the Lawrences.

Jorge Prado is a lock for P4. The KTM rider hasn’t finished outside the top five in any moto since Thunder Valley’s opener, with a 5-3-5-3-2-4-3 run. If Deegan’s on/off streak holds, Prado could sneak into P3—but play it safe and slot him in P4.

Garrett Marchbanks is the P5 pick. The Kawasaki rider has finished within one spot of P5 in the last five rounds (5-4-6-5-5), a streak that’s rock solid. But Eli Tomac’s return complicates things. Tomac, sidelined after a DNF on lap one, is a total unknown in his comeback. Marchbanks isn’t in the top-four mix, so he’s vulnerable—but for now, he’s the safer bet.

Valentin Guillod is the Wild Card at P13. After a disastrous opener, the Yamaha rider has clawed back with a 12-14-10-17-13 record, making him the favorite for the WC spot. Mitchell Harrison (11-14-15 overalls) and 9-time FIM Motocross World Champion Tony Cairoli (moto record: 12-13-15-35) are also in the mix.
