Zeon Corp. is set to launch a subscription-based data management platform for rubber compounders, aiming to digitalize rubber development. The platform, scheduled for commercial launch in fiscal 2026, will utilize a database of around 150,000 rubber compounding records and artificial intelligence capabilities to support knowledge transfer, analysis, and predictive modeling. This initiative is part of Zeon’s medium-term strategy to expand digital services around its elastomer business, addressing challenges such as dispersed technical information and the complexity of improving compounding formulations. The system is designed to support areas often handled through paper records or spreadsheets, leveraging Zeon’s long-standing rubber expertise and customer relationships in the elastomer sector.
