Shoei RF-SR2 Helmet Review: More Air and Aero for $500

Shoei has released the RF-SR2 helmet, an evolution of the original RF-SR, with a focus on improved aerodynamics and ventilation.

The new helmet features a more compact and mature design, with a redesigned rear spoiler that provides an 82% aerodynamic improvement over the previous model.

The RF-SR2 also features a 43% increase in ventilation through the larger chin bar vent and a 21% gain in airflow through the upper vents.

The helmet is made with Shoei’s proven AIM+ shell construction and meets both Snell M2025D and DOT certification standards.

The RF-SR2 is available for $500, making it a competitive option in the gateway premium helmet market.

The helmet is also available in four outer shell sizes to ensure a comfortable fit for riders of all sizes.
