Hero MotoCorp has surprised the EICMA 2026 show floor with leaked images of a new Xpulse Scrambler concept, built upon the brand’s upcoming 421cc adventure platform. Shared by XtremeAnkit, the concept features retro-inspired styling, a liquid-cooled engine, and wire-spoke wheels.

The bike wears prominent Xpulse tank badges with Scrambler Concept lettering underneath, featuring a red fuel tank with diagonal silver graphics, a matching red high-mounted front mudguard, silver side panels, gold-finished wheel rims, and an orange-and-grey seat. Compared to the camouflaged Xpulse 421 adventure bike spotted testing earlier, this scrambler features minimal bodywork around the engine, putting the frame, radiator, and mechanical components on display.

It sports a long single-piece seat flowing into a short tail section, broad metal footpegs, and a wide handlebar. Up front, a rounded headlamp housing features an H-like lighting signature containing two vertically arranged rectangular lighting elements within a bright surround.

A tall, narrow tinted windscreen sits above the headlamp, accompanied by red-and-grey handguards and a small metal rack above the fuel tank. Hardware-wise, the machine is equipped with upside-down front forks, substantial fork guards, gold-finished wire-spoke wheels wrapped in block-pattern tyres, a front disc brake with an ABS tone ring, a rear monoshock, an engine bash plate, and a large right-side exhaust with a silver heat shield.

Estimated output for the engine is in the region of 40-45 HP. This scrambler concept demonstrates how Hero could expand its larger Xpulse platform into the mid-capacity segment.
