Hero MotoCorp has showcased the VIDA Project VXZ at EICMA 2026, marking the continuation of its electric motorcycle project developed in partnership with US-based Zero Motorcycles.
First previewed at EICMA 2025 and subsequently seen in design-registration images, the concept returns with a vivid pink-and-purple finish, alongside new details regarding its charging inlet, belt drive, and digital cockpit.

The motorcycle features angular bodywork, split seats, upside-down front forks, a rear monoshock, and a large central battery enclosure.
The latest display combines pink and purple bodywork with patterned graphics, a black frame, translucent-looking side panels with Project VXZ lettering, and VIDA branding on the upper bodywork and handlebar clamp.

It also features a central projector headlamp, a small tinted flyscreen, a wide handlebar, a large instrument display, a sharply raised tail, and a slim rear lighting assembly.
The sculpted upper enclosure houses a charging-access panel beneath a hinged cover, though Hero has not disclosed the charging standard, onboard charger capacity, or supported charging speeds.

The side profile reveals a belt final drive transferring power from a motor positioned near the swingarm pivot to the rear wheel, while a substantial finned enclosure occupies the centre and lower section.

Battery capacity, motor power, torque, cooling specifications, wheel dimensions, suspension travel, seat height, ground clearance, and kerb weight remain unannounced.
Visible hardware includes upside-down front forks, a rear monoshock, alloy wheels with road-focused tyres, a substantial swingarm, and disc brakes at both ends.
A ByBre-branded front caliper and ABS tone ring are visible, and the instrument interface displays ABS and traction-control symbols.
The large colour display shows a motorcycle graphic, Sport mode, parking function, settings, battery, and estimated-range information, with switchgear including directional controls, a hazard button, mode selector, and an SOS-labelled control.

One displayed image shows 150 km remaining at an 80% charge, which suggests approximately 188 km at full charge through proportional extrapolation. Production timing, pricing, and market availability for the VXZ remain unannounced.
