Michelin has launched the XHA3, a new-generation tire engineered for heavy-duty construction equipment such as loaders, articulated dump trucks (ADTs) and graders. Designed to meet rising productivity demands and support faster operating cycles, the XHA3 builds on the proven XHA2 platform with enhanced durability, stability and operator comfort.

The tire introduces Michelin Visual Pressure Control, a patent-pending visual inflation indicator that allows quick, tool-free pressure checks during routine inspections, improving safety and uptime. Michelin claims the XHA3 delivers up to 20% longer wear life than its predecessor, along with improved stability, reduced vibration and a high retreadability rate thanks to its versatile casing.
The tread design features increased rubber volume to cut maintenance costs and extend service life, while a reinforced bead area boosts load capacity by up to 20% depending on size. A new four-block tread pattern and optimized shoulder radius enhance traction across varied terrains, from mud to asphalt.
Michelin estimates the XHA3 reduces Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) by approximately 16% compared with the XHA2. The tire will roll out globally in multiple sizes: 29.5 R25, 23.5 R25 and 26.5 R25, with availability staggered by region—USA starting June 2026, Europe in October 2026 and Asia in September 2026.
