MICHELIN Guide Guangzhou | Shenzhen 2026 Joint Release Marks Shenzhen’s Unprecedented Debut

The MICHELIN Guide has unveiled its inaugural Guangzhou and Shenzhen restaurant Selection, featuring a total of 176 restaurants. Shenzhen makes its debut as a MICHELIN Guide destination, with 59 restaurants included in the selection, including 7 MICHELIN-Starred establishments. The joint list with Guangzhou features 5 Two MICHELIN Stars, 22 One Star, 73 Bib Gourmand, and 76 MICHELIN-Selected restaurants. Guangzhou retained 20 MICHELIN-Starred restaurants, while Shenzhen impressed on its first try with 2 Two-Star and 5 One-Star restaurants. The selection highlights the solid strength of Shenzhen’s dining market, built on years of steady accumulation. Notable restaurants in Shenzhen include The Bay by Chef Fei, Yun Jing, Chao Shang Chao, Ensue, Fumée, Opus 388, and Xin Rong Ji.
