Mercedes-Benz and ChargePoint are introducing an integrated charging infrastructure solution for companies and fleets of all sizes. The offer includes the entire process from needs analysis to installation and ongoing operation of the charging infrastructure. This solution complements existing offers for public charging and charging at home, expanding the electromobility offer for business customers. The new solution is available in Germany from July 15, 2026, and is aimed at companies and fleets of all sizes, including car and van customers. Mercedes-Benz and ChargePoint have been cooperating for several years, with around 6,000 charging points already installed at Mercedes-Benz locations and partner companies. The solution responds to the growing demand from companies for scalable and cost-effective charging offers for their fleets. Planning, installation, and operation of the charging infrastructure come from a single source. The offer includes an individual needs analysis, the development of tailored infrastructure concepts, and the use of modern AC and DC charging points with intelligent load management. Comprehensive service and support services ensure reliable charging operations in everyday life. With this integrated approach, Mercedes-Benz reduces complexity for companies and bundles responsibility for planning, implementation, and operation with one contact person. The charging infrastructure solution offers several concrete benefits for fleet customers, including the optimization of energy costs, which can be combined with photovoltaics and energy storage. An intelligent load management system ensures efficient use of available network capacities and high site performance, making vehicles reliably available and ready for use. The charging infrastructure can also be flexibly adapted to growing fleets and different site requirements. Mercedes-Benz now covers all relevant charging applications for business customers in Germany, including public charging via MB.CHARGE Public, charging at home, and charging at company locations with ChargePoint. With its new offer, Mercedes-Benz consistently expands its portfolio of electric vehicles with suitable infrastructure and energy solutions.
