The Italian microcar, classified as a Low Speed Vehicle (LSV), rolls out with a top speed of just 19 mph—making it street-legal only in areas where LSVs are permitted, though a conversion kit arriving by summer will bump it to 25 mph. Power comes from a single front-mounted electric motor producing 8 horsepower, paired with a 5.3-kWh battery that delivers a 46-mile range. Charging is a breeze thanks to a 2.3-kW AC charger that replenishes the battery in five hours using a standard outlet.

Two trims are on offer: the standard Topolino and the Dolce Vita, both priced identically at $14,985. The Dolce Vita swaps doors for rope side panels, reminiscent of the vintage Fiat Jolly, and features a roll-back soft-top instead of the standard panoramic sunroof. Both versions come with 14-inch wheels, LED lighting, hinged windows, digital gauges, a phone holder, and a bag hook. The base model adds a windshield defroster, while the Dolce Vita skips it. Customization options are limited to Verde Vita green for now, but Fiat has partnered with Motori & Customs for aftermarket flair, including special editions and one-off builds.
