Ford has announced a recall of 102,159 F‑150 and Super Duty trucks because the analog speedometer and tachometer clusters can display incorrect speed and RPM readings. The recall covers 91,588 Super Duty models—F‑250, F‑350, F‑450, F‑550, and F‑600—from the 2025‑2026 model years, 10,570 2026 F‑150s, and a single 2026 F‑750. Documents filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) state that the analog gauges can get stuck or move erratically, producing inaccurate speed information.

No warning lights are triggered, but vehicles equipped with both digital and analog speedometers may show a discrepancy between the two displays. Ford has not received any accident reports related to the issue, but the company has logged 18 warranty and 93 field reports by September 16. Owners of affected vehicles will receive notification by October 30.

The replacement instrument cluster part is not expected to be available until early December, and Ford plans to inform owners of the remedy by December 11. Once the part arrives, dealers will replace the cluster at no charge. Owners can verify recall status by contacting Ford’s hotline or a Ford or Lincoln dealer, as the affected vehicles are not produced in VIN order.
