Hennessey Unleashes Supercharged Ford F-150 Venom 800 Sport Truck

Hennessey Performance has pulled the wraps off its latest street-focused machine, the Venom 800 Sport, transforming the single-cab Ford F-150 into a supercharged powerhouse. Built in Sealy, Texas, this limited-production build is capped at just 200 units and backed by a 3-year or 36,000-mile warranty.

Under the hood, the truck features a supercharged 5.0L V8 engine pushing out an impressive 800 horsepower. The powertrain upgrade relies on a 3.0L high-performance supercharger system with increased boost pressure, a custom air-to-water intercooler, and a high-flow air induction system, all managed by HPE engine management calibration, chassis dyno tuning, and road testing. Exhaust gases exit via a stainless steel cat-back exhaust system fitted with custom etched Hennessey dual black exhaust tips.

To handle the newfound power, the Venom 800 Sport gets a sport truck suspension lowering kit, 22-inch performance wheel upgrade wrapped in front and rear performance tires, and a heavy-duty 6-piston Brembo brake upgrade.

Visually, the truck stands out with the Venom Aero carbon fiber package, which adds a carbon fiber grille upgrade, front splitter upgrade, fender vent upgrade, and fender flare upgrade. Other exterior touches include an H800 illuminated fender badge upgrade, an illuminated Ford tailgate emblem, a raised Hennessey hood badge, raised Venom 800 exterior badges, and a Hennessey ICONS – 91 vinyl livery. Inside, the cabin receives a Hennessey leather and Alcantara interior upgrade, a custom carbon fiber sport steering wheel upgrade, Hennessey all-weather floor mats, and serial-numbered interior plaques denoting its exclusivity.
