Ceat invests €25 million in online tyre service platform Tyresnmore

Indian tyre giant Ceat Ltd has confirmed a €25 million investment in its wholly owned subsidiary Tyresnmore Online Pvt Ltd. The funds, equivalent to INR2.74 billion, will be injected via a rights issue of 22,447 equity shares, with allotment expected to be completed by 31 July. The move follows a filing with the Indian stock exchanges on 8 July, though the company did not disclose the intended use of the proceeds or the strategic rationale behind the fresh equity infusion. Tyresnmore operates as a digital tyre distribution and fitting service platform, selling automotive tyres and accessories while providing on-demand services such as tyre installation, wheel balancing, and wheel alignment. According to the latest financial data, Tyresnmore reported a turnover of INR4.33 billion for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, up from INR3.23 billion in FY2024-25 and INR2.56 billion in FY2023-24. The platform is based in New Delhi and functions as Ceat’s dedicated digital arm for tyre-related services and sales.
