Ford Rolls Out Stealthy $1,000 Discount Throughout Lineup

Faced with soft new vehicle sales and elevated ownership costs spanning fuel, insurance, and interest rates, Ford has introduced a new dealer discount program. Following a 10 percent sales decrease in July and another 10 percent downturn in August, Ford is rolling out a $1,000 manufacturer-to-dealer discount called the “Fast Cash Cert Program,” according to a dealer bulletin seen by CarsDirect.

The program is active now through the end of September. It consists of $250 certificates that dealers can stack up to four times for a maximum discount of $1,000 on purchases, while leases cap the maximum discount at $500.

The program applies to most vehicles from the 2025 through 2027 model years. Exclusions are minimal, with only the F-150 Lightning noted as excluded, though it is already discontinued and gone from dealer lots.

Special vehicle versions such as the Bronco Stroppe and Mustang Dark Horse are notably not excluded, which is an exception to typical incentive rules. The discount can be combined with other nationally-available incentives to help dealers close sales and woo shoppers currently on the fence.
