Miller Motorcars, a shop based in Connecticut, has created a one-off supercar known as the JC9, using a Porsche Carrera GT as the donor car. The JC9 was designed by Jason Castriota, who has previously worked on models such as the Ferrari P4/5 by Pininfarina and the SSC Tuatara. The car’s bodywork is inspired by the legendary Porsche 917 and features a blue-and-orange paint scheme, a fixed roof, and gullwing doors. The Carrera GT’s 5.7-liter V10 engine and six-speed manual transmission have been retained, and the rear quarter panels and clamshell run seamlessly through to a twin-plane rear wing. The interior is mostly standard Porsche, but has been retrimmed with a combination of blue Alcantara and baby-blue-painted accents. The JC9 is a unique interpretation of a modern Porsche 917, and its owner now has a true one-off that will never be replicated. The price of the JC9 is not specified, and it is not clear who owns the car.
