Harley‑Sprint 440 cruiser production has begun, according to a leak from a Reddit user who posted photos from the manufacturing facility. The new model, built on the 440 platform, follows the X440 Roadster and the X440 T top‑spec variant that debuted last year.

Unlike the roadster’s aggressive stance, the Sprint 440 is designed for relaxed cruising, featuring a raised handlebar, front‑set footpegs, and a scooped seat that sits lower than the X440’s 1,418 mm wheelbase. The bike likely shares the X440’s mainframe and subframe with minor tweaks, and its 440 cc single‑cylinder, oil‑cooled engine delivers 27 bhp and 38 Nm of torque, paired with a 6‑speed gearbox.
Wheel sizes are 18‑inch front and 17‑inch rear alloy wheels with tubeless tyres. The front uses USD forks and the rear has gas‑charged twin shocks.

Both ends are fitted with disc brakes and dual‑channel ABS. Styling cues include a chrome‑finished exhaust with a heat shield, black appliques that wrap the teardrop‑shaped fuel tank and cover the filler cap, and a portrait‑style TFT instrument cluster.

The Sprint 440 will be offered in Black, Grey and Blue, and it will compete with Royal Enfield’s Meteor 350 by offering an American cruiser aesthetic, a larger engine and more tech and features. Production appears to be underway and a launch is expected soon.
