Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India (HMSI) has expanded its retro lineup with the launch of the new Honda CB350C Black Edition, timed ahead of Diwali. Based on the base STD variant, this new color release is priced at around Rs 2.32 lakh (on-road) and is designed to take on Royal Enfield’s classic retro motorcycles while appealing to buyers looking for a stealthy aesthetic.

While previous black options like Pearl Igneous Black on the DLX and DLX Pro variants featured mixed highlights, this new Black Edition pushes the darkened theme further without adopting a fully murdered-out look. Many components that previously featured chrome—such as the headlight cowl, the lower part of the RSU telescopic front forks, fender stalks, horns, rearview mirrors, and the chrome plate with the Honda logo on the crankcase—are now finished in black. However, chrome elements like the exhaust, handlebar, and rear twin shock suspension remain, alongside silver highlights on the handlebar clamps, while the engine block retains some chrome detailing.

Mechanically, the bike remains unchanged. It features conventional rounded fenders instead of a chopped design, paired with a sleeker pea-shooter exhaust. Power comes from the same 348.36cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine producing 21 PS and 29.5 Nm of torque, channeled through a 5-speed gearbox equipped with a slipper clutch.
