Freudenberg Sealing Technologies Opens New Plant in Mexico

Freudenberg Sealing Technologies has opened a new sealing facility in Queretaro, Mexico, covering 9,000 sq.m. and manufacturing static seals, O-rings, and gaskets using advanced injection moulding and compression moulding technologies. The plant supplies to customers in the automotive and general industry sectors, supporting the company’s ‘local-to-local supply strategy’ and enabling closer customer collaboration, improved delivery times, and greater manufacturing flexibility across the region. The new facility strengthens the company’s North American manufacturing network and supports production continuity and operational flexibility as customer demand evolves. The site has been designed with future growth in mind, capable of accommodating additional manufacturing capabilities, including planned rubber mixing operations in a later phase. Freudenberg entered the Mexican market in 1854 and currently operates multiple manufacturing, research, testing, and sales facilities across Mexico.
