Freudenberg Sealing Appoints New CEO

Freudenberg Sealing Technologies has appointed Dr Alexander Rozman as its new chief executive officer, succeeding Dr Matthias Sckuhr. The change took effect on 1 July, with Sckuhr joining the Freudenberg Group management board and taking responsibility for engineering, data, and artificial intelligence. Rozman previously served as CEO of Freudenberg Filtration Technologies and has held senior roles at Freudenberg Performance Materials and Vibracoustic. He also led Freudenberg Sealing Technologies’ ‘industrial services’ division between 2015 and 2020. The leadership transition aims to ensure continuity in the sealing business’ strategic direction while strengthening its position in international markets. Rozman will be supported by chief financial officer Kerstin Borrs and chief technology officer Gary VanWambeke.
