Polaris has unveiled the RZR Pro R Factory Boost, a turnkey competitor designed to tackle the toughest off-road challenges, including Baja and Dakar. This beast of a side-by-side is powered by a seriously boosted 2.0-liter engine, cranking out 400 horsepower. The Pro R Factory Boost builds on the ‘normal’ Pro R Boost by reworking the chassis, bodywork, fuel system, and more.
Polaris has stretched the wheelbase by 6.5 inches, added larger tubing sizes for increased stiffness, and fabricated bespoke pieces to make the platform even better. The vehicle also features CFD-tested carbon fiber bodywork, a 45-gallon fuel tank, and Dynamix DV suspension with Fox Live Valve internal-bypass shocks. With a price tag of $200,000, this machine is not for the faint of heart.

Polaris estimates the range to be ‘beyond 200 miles,’ but warns that boost makes the engine thirsty, with an estimated five MPG at full tilt. The RZR Pro R Factory Boost will be sold alongside the non-turbo version, with orders being taken until February 15, 2027, for the first production window. If you’re interested in running one of these on your team, SCI Distribution will handle sales and customer support.
