Broad Arrow Auctions is putting a 1997 Ferrari F50 showing just 106 miles on the clock up for sale as the headline lot at its second annual Las Vegas auction. Chassis 107165 carries an estimated price tag above $20 million. The car crosses the block on October 31 at Wynn Las Vegas during an event featuring ultra-low-mileage supercars. This particular F50 is the 334th of 349 examples built, making it a late-production machine from the final year of the run. Ferrari produced the F50 from 1995 to 1997 as a road-legal tribute to its Formula 1 program. Finished in Rosso Corsa over black leather with red seat inserts, chassis 107165 was delivered new through Maranello Sales Ltd in Egham, Surrey, as one of roughly 25 F50s sent to UK buyers. Power comes from a 4.7-liter V12 churning out 513 horsepower, a powerplant derived directly from Ferrari’s 1990 Formula 1 engine rather than a modified road-car unit. Alexander Weaver, senior car specialist and vice president at Broad Arrow Auctions, highlighted the car as the lowest mileage example of an end-of-an-era supercar. According to auction documentation, the car had a single UK first owner who kept it stored and unregistered before it was exported to a European collection with limited showing and no history of extended road use. Recent service work includes belt and fluid changes. The auction takes place on October 31 in partnership with the Concours at Wynn Las Vegas.
