EGO Power’s commercial division revealed an expanded lineup at the EQUIP Expo, introducing three new zero-turn riding mowers, a commercial-grade 780 CFM leaf blower, and a heavy-duty 16.5-inch trimmer built for the 56V PGX battery system. Tim Baker, vice president of product at EGO parent company Chervon, stated that the brand focuses on delivering professional performance to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. The newly announced mower lineup includes three distinct models:
Commercial Sit-Down ZTR: Features up to 44 gas-equivalent horsepower, mowing speeds up to 12 mph, and 48-, 54-, and 60-inch deck options. It is powered by up to four removable high-capacity batteries and features an onboard 700-watt DC-to-DC charger to recharge handheld EGO 56V ARC lithium batteries in the field.
Commercial Stand-On ZTR: Delivers up to 44 gas-equivalent horsepower, speeds up to 12 mph, and 48-, 54-, and 60-inch deck options. It also includes up to four removable high-capacity batteries and an onboard 700-watt DC-to-DC charger.
Commercial Compact Stand-On ZTR: Tailored for tight spaces, this model offers up to 26 gas-equivalent horsepower, speeds up to 9 mph, and 32- and 36-inch deck options.
Alongside the mowers, EGO introduced two new commercial-grade handheld PGX power tools:
Commercial 780 CFM Blower: Weighs 4.8 pounds (bare-tool) and delivers air speeds up to 190 mph with 27 newtons of push force for detailed cleanup.
16.5-Inch Front-Motor String Trimmer: Weighs 6.6 pounds, featuring a carbon-fiber shaft, direct-drive brushless motor, and 28 CC gas-equivalent power.
To support these tools, EGO updated its PGX battery management system, highlighted by the 3200W PGX Hub. Designed for large operations, it delivers 30 kWh of overnight charging capacity and supports up to 48 three-port 56V ARC-Lithium battery docks, operating on a standard 120V outlet and 15A circuit without needing expensive electrical upgrades. A dedicated ZTR connection allows businesses to charge both mowers and handheld tools from a single system. Additionally, the EGO Commercial Fleet App allows managers to remotely monitor equipment location, usage, battery levels, and charging settings.
