Harley-Davidson has officially debuted the all-new, American-built 2027 Harley-Davidson Sprint 440, entering the booming entry-level motorcycle segment. While engineered and designed in conjunction with Hero MotoCorp, final assembly for the Sprint 440 will take place at Harley’s manufacturing hub in York, Pennsylvania, under CEO Artie Starrs’ Back to the Bricks business plan. Power comes from a 440cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine—measuring 27 cubic inches—paired with a 6-speed transmission. The powerplant puts out a claimed 27 horsepower and 28 pound-feet of torque. Weighing just over 400 pounds wet, the bike features a 2.4-gallon fuel tank and delivers a claimed 80 MPG. Standard equipment includes ABS, a 3.5-inch TFT display, and LED lighting, alongside access to a range of Harley accessories for customization. The 2027 Harley-Davidson Sprint 440 is priced at $6,000, undercutting all current Harley-Davidson models and offering a competitive option for new, returning, and experienced riders alike.
