Kia Hits Record October 2026 Sales of 33,462 Units; Seltos Surpasses 13,000

Kia India announced its highest‑ever monthly wholesales in October 2026, selling 33,462 vehicles – a 13.22% year‑on‑year increase over the 29,556 units sold in October 2025 and a 4.51% month‑on‑month rise from September’s 32,017. The new record eclipses the previous best by 1,445 units.

Cumulative sales from January to October 2026 reached 2,86,470 units, up 21.31% from 2,36,138 units in the same period last year and adding 50,332 vehicles. With two months left in the calendar year, Kia has already surpassed its full‑year 2025 total of 2,80,286 units, leading the figure by 6,184.

The Seltos and Sonet dominated October, with the Seltos crossing 13,000 units – roughly 39% of the monthly total – and maintaining an average of over 10,000 units per month since its January 2026 launch. The Carens and Carens Clavis continued to contribute to the family‑vehicle lineup.

Electric sales hit a new high, growing 31% from September, driven by the Syros EV and Carens Clavis EV. CNG variants of the Carens and Carens Clavis accounted for close to 10% of October’s sales, broadening Kia’s portfolio across petrol, diesel, CNG, hybrid and electric powertrains.
