The 2024 Harley-Davidson Street Glide represents the most significant upgrade to the touring bagger lineup since its introduction in 2006. Starting at $25,999, the new model receives a larger engine, a redesigned batwing fairing, a 12.3-inch TFT display, increased rear wheel travel, and standard ABS, while managing to weigh 18 pounds less than its predecessor.

Power comes from the Milwaukee-Eight 117 V-twin engine, which has grown by 10 cubic inches and features new liquid-cooled cylinder heads, an airbox, and an intake. The motor generates 105 horsepower at 4600 rpm and 130 ft-lbs of torque at 3250 rpm, representing gains of 19 horsepower and 21 ft-lbs over the previous version. Harley-Davidson pairs this with a 6-speed Cruise Drive transmission and claims an extra mile per gallon from the 6-gallon fuel tank, yielding an estimated fuel consumption of 44 MPG.

Riders can choose between Sport, Road, Rain, and customizable riding modes that adjust engine mapping, throttle response, engine braking, traction control, and ABS. The mode switch is integrated into the right-hand turn-signal controls. The redesigned batwing fairing features integrated LED turn signals and an adjustable Splitstream vent designed to reduce head buffeting. Behind the fairing, the 12.3-inch TFT display runs Skyline OS with Sport, Tour, and Cruise layouts, backed by a 200-watt amplifier powering the fairing speakers.

The bike rolls on 19 x 3.5 front and 18 x 5 rear cast aluminum wheels wrapped in Dunlop Harley-Davidson tires.

The Street Glide features a one-piece seat designed for long-distance touring, raising the seat height by 0.7 inches to 28.1 inches. Standard equipment includes cruise control and a storage tray beneath the display to hold a phone. Curb weight is listed at 811 pounds, with a wheelbase of 64 inches.

Pricing starts at $25,999 MSRP for the base Chrome trim. The Black trim commands a $1,350 upcharge.
