LiveWire has suffered a massive stock collapse following its Q3 financial report, which included a warning regarding the firm’s ability to continue as a going concern. According to Quartz, the stock dropped a full 42 percent by 10 a.m. Eastern, ultimately shedding nearly 44 percent of its value by the end of the trading day. This latest drop is part of a broader four-year downward trend since LiveWire became its own company. While the stock closed at $0.90 a share on October 29, 2026, it previously dipped into the $0.70 range in July 2026, touching a low of $0.65 before recovering to a recent high of $1.81 on July 31. Over its entire trading history, the company has seen its stock price drop by slightly over 87 percent, losing over $6 in value. Factors driving the recent decline include the fast-approaching December 2027 maturity date for current debt, which casts a shadow over modest quarterly increases in revenue and sales. These financial pressures arrive just ahead of LiveWire’s planned major introduction at EICMA 2026, leaving the company’s future uncertain as the event approaches next week.
