Mercedes-Benz is expanding the order book for its new electric Grand Limousine, the VLE, with additional variants that hit the market immediately. Customers can now choose from four distinct trim levels: the standard lineup, the EXCLUSIVE trim, and two new sporty AMG-inspired options—AMG Line and AMG Line Plus. The expanded range also introduces new optional features, including electric premium comfort rear seats with armrests and heating, as well as an 8-seater configuration, rounding out the VLE’s versatility from 5 to 8 seats. The VLE 300 electric remains the sole powertrain offering, with energy consumption rated between 20.7 and 18.4 kWh/100 km and zero CO₂ emissions. The entry-level price for the VLE 300 electric starts at €65,458.80 excluding VAT or €77,895.97 including VAT, based on the German market as of June 5, 2026. Leasing options are also available, with monthly rates starting from €693.62. The AMG Line adds a sportier aesthetic with a prominent AMG grille, color-matched AMG bumpers, and 20-inch AMG 5-spoke alloy wheels, while the AMG Line Plus pushes the design further with black lamellae, dark chrome highlights, 21-inch black AMG 5-double-spoke wheels, and red contrast stitching inside. Optional Night Package enhances the AMG Line with high-gloss black and dark chrome accents. The EXCLUSIVE trim now offers a choice between Premium and Premium Plus packages, with the latter adding features like a head-up display and MBUX Superscreen. A panoramic Sky View sunroof is also now available as a standalone option. Mercedes-Benz positions the VLE as a versatile Grand Limousine suited for families, leisure users, and premium shuttle services, combining sedan-like driving dynamics with MPV-like flexibility. The expanded lineup underscores the brand’s push to cater to diverse customer needs with greater personalization.
