25 Years and Counting: Kentucky Parts Center Celebrates a Major Milestone

The North American Parts Center Kentucky (NAPCK) in Hebron, Kentucky, is celebrating its 25th year in operation. Alongside its sister facility in Ontario, California, the massive 843,000-square-foot facility manages the flow of more than 400,000 parts daily to support nearly 30 million Toyota and Lexus owners. NAPCK receives parts from over 1,000 global suppliers and distributes them to 15 Toyota Parts Distribution Centers across North America, which stock parts departments at roughly 1,500 Toyota and Lexus dealerships. The facility currently employs more than 700 workers.
