Porsche has for the first time disclosed its full internal payroll data after a shareholder question at its annual general meeting forced the sports-car maker to lay bare its salary structure. The numbers reveal that nearly 40% of Porsche’s 23,000-strong workforce now earns a taxable gross income above €100,000 ($114,200) per year. That translates to 9,082 employees in 2025, placing them in Germany’s top 10% of earners and almost double the national average gross salary of €54,066 ($61,700), bonuses included.

At the top end, exactly 201 Porsche employees cleared €300,000 ($342,500) in 2025, 28 broke €500,000 ($570,700), and three entered the seven-figure club with more than €1 million ($1,141,600) per year. Former CEO Oliver Blume collected €1.90 million ($2.17 million) in his final year, though his Volkswagen Group role pushed total earnings far higher. Head of Development Michael Steiner and Head of Production Albrecht Reimold led the executive payroll with €2.10 million ($2.40 million) and €2.05 million ($2.34 million) respectively.
