The Michelin Guide Croatia 2026 has been officially presented, showcasing a strong growth in the country’s gastronomic scene. The new edition features 20 new restaurants, including a new star in Istria, Harry’s Piccolo Porec, and three new Bib Gourmands. Agli Amici Rovinj retains its two Michelin stars, while the capital, Zagreb, confirms its position as a key reference point for high-quality cuisine. The guide highlights a positive and dynamic trend in Croatian gastronomy, with a focus on traditional cuisine and local ingredients. Four Special Michelin Awards have been awarded to talented professionals, including the young chef Marin Pleše. New restaurants joining the main selection include 7 Seas by Matija Bogdan, Cantilly Garden, and Dida, among others.
